Coogee United’s home grounds are at Heffron Park in Maroubra, affectionately known as Fortress Heffron.
Heffron Park is widely regarded as the best grass fields in the Eastern Suburbs. -
Training is predominantly at Heffron Park on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursday evenings, depending on the team.

Typically the ESFA leagues start the first weekend in April, with finals in early September. Pre season activities commence in early January.
